tuesday things {11.21.23}

  

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope you are enjoying a great start to your week and have many fun things to look forward to for the rest of the week.  Today I am doing another round of 5 Things Friday where I share 5 things from the past week.  If you want to see past Tuesday Things, click here. 

1. We had Friendsgiving over the weekend and it was SO fun.  We had 15 people including us and it was so wonderful.  I love that our friends partake in these fun traditions with me and they actually enjoy them too.  I think we're officially on our 10th annual Friendsgiving.  Here's hoping for 50 more.

2. I went to the orthodontist yesterday to get my next set of Invisalign and I'm sad.  I had lost a few of the little buttons that keep the liners on and was relieved to have a break from them all.  But yesterday they went back in and added more so I can continue my process.  I am so thankful I can do Invisalign but sometimes it's very annoying. 

3. My sister-in-law and I are exchanging Cozy Christmas Baskets and I am so excited.  We exchanged Boo Baskets in October and had so much fun putting the baskets together that we thought we would make them again for Christmas.  I am so excited to give her basket to her - it turned out SO cute.

4. We're doing our "holiday" outing for work a week from Friday and I want to put something together for my coworkers.  My boss is vegan so I'm playing around with a few homemade goodies that are vegan friendly for them. If you have any good vegan recipes let me know! So far I've come up with peppermint bark with vegan chocolate and a pretzel bark. 

5. This one is a bit random, but this time of year it's really important to keep an eye on your emails.  Scammers will send you very real looking emails for receipts or other items, so when you're getting emails be sure to make sure it's a valid sender and that you were expecting them to send you an email.  If not, do not click links and send the email to your spam.
