Happy Tuesday friends! I hope you are enjoying a great start to your week and have many fun things to look forward to for the rest of the week. Today I am doing another round of 5 Things Friday where I share 5 things from the past week. If you want to see past Tuesday Things, click here.
1. Were you able to see the solar eclipse yesterday? Justin and I went outside and watched as it went by. We were not in the line of the total eclipse but the eclipse was at 99.7% coverage so we were able to experience majority of the eclipse. What a fun experience that was!
2. Do you ever have those days where it feels like you're just purging money? That was us yesterday/over the weekend. As the weather starts warming up we're realizing all the things we want to get done around the house and obviously it costs money. But at least a lot of it is very exciting.
3. Do you ever have so many little projects that you get project overwhelm? I have a few projects that I've been working on but find myself having a hard time picking which one to work on. Considering a few of them are gifts for other people's babies they need to be prioritized, but I really just want to work on the project for myself.
4. I think we are going to be getting the outside setup this weekend because it actually warmed up this week. I am so excited to get our deck set up and get out there to use the space. We couldn't use it the first year because they didn't finish construction until October and the next summer we had limited use time because of all the fires in Canada affecting our air quality. I'm very excited to use it this year.
5. I started journaling last at the recommendation of my counselor and it's so weird. I feel like I don't know what to say, but she felt that it would help me get some worries off my chest so I'm giving it a shot. Because if nothing else, it can't hurt me. And, let's be honest the journal I bought was so cute (even if it was just a notebook).
