Happy Tuesday everybody! I hope your week is off to a great start and you had a lovely weekend!
Today I wanted to share another round of Tuesday Things with you all. This week I am going to share five random things from the past week.
1. I bought the silliest trash can for Justin's office. I noticed that I tend to have trash build up on the little table by my spot in Justin's office and I would find that I would create a little pile over time. So I spent time time researching mini trash cans for the space and came across the cutest little trash can. It is supposed to look like a little ninja, but the face is just so cute. I think we're going to name it, but I'm not sure yet.
2. I'm picking up my bridesmaid dress today! I am standing up in my friends wedding in 10 days and today I went to pick up my bridesmaid dress. I ended up needing about 5" taken off the hem of the dress so I am excited to get the dress back and see how she did with the alterations today.
3. Speaking of my friends wedding, I need to write a matron of honor speech. I hate giving speeches, but since she had to do it for me, it only seems fair I would do it for her wedding too. Just need to come up with something super creative and fun.
4. Have you heard of Gaming Community Expo or GCX? Justin and I had planned to attend in person in 2020, but COVID. So we are attending the online event this year and I am excited. During the event they do a live stream that raises money for St. Jude's and so far they have raised just over three million dollars. I watched some of the stream last night and it was so much fun.
5. We went Strawberry picking over the weekend and got so many great strawberries. The weather has been very warm here the last few weeks and it's really helped a lot of the plants grow big and the berries were so big and bright red. It's one of my favorite traditions we have with Justin's family and I look forward to going every year.
