Movies I'm excited to watch this Spring {03.09.2022}

Happy Wednesday friends and happy Hump Day! This week sure feels like it's flying by which is great because work has been a lot this week.  That and we've had a lot of personal appointments on our agenda as well.  

For today's post I thought it would be fun to share some of the movies coming out this Spring that I am excited to see! A lot of them are only coming to theaters, so we won't be able to see them all, but there are a few that I absolutely will be making my way to the theater to see.  So let's begin!

8 MOVIES I'M EXCITED ABOUT THIS SPRING

1. Morbius: I really love super hero/super villain movies and Morbius falls somewhere in the category of Anti-Hero.  I really am curious to see how they handle all the animation of his features and all of the action scenes. 

2. The Batman: I have had so many mixed feelings about this movie.  I've always been a big fan of Christian Bale's acting as The Batman, so when they announced Robert Pattinson as the new Batman I was hesitant.  Good news is the reviews I've seen so far seem to be very good.  I will have to make my way out to see that one after the hub bub dies down a bit.

3. The Adam Project: A little action, a little adventure and a little Ryan Reynolds, what could be better? I love his comedy and his acting so you know there will be a few funny scenes in the movie.  Plus, Zoe Saldana is an amazing actress too.  

4. Turning Red: I know it's a cartoon, but Justin and I really love watching cartoons and this one looks so much fun.  The animation looks cute and the story seems like it would be really great too. 

5. The Lost City: I honestly don't know too much about this movie, but what I do know is Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum are in it and it looks hilarious.  

6. Sonic the Hedgehog 2: If you haven't seen the first Sonic the Hedgehog movie, then you need to first see that one.  I really am glad they took the time to reanimate Sonic because their original idea was.... off.  I'm excited to see what they do for the sequel. 

7. Top Gun: Maverick: I have a confession... I do not believe I've seen a single Top Gun movie.  And if I have I don't really remember them too well.  That being said, I'm excited a new one is coming out and plan to watch the original prior to seeing the new one. 

8. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Last and definitely not least is Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.  I am SO excited to see this movie.  Doctor Strange is easily one of my favorite Avengers.  So, of course, I'm excited for his movie to come out! And it comes out around my birthday so I know what I'll be doing.

Well that is all the movies I'm excited to see this Spring! Are there any movies you are looking forward to coming out? I should also note that I am excited for a few shows coming out on Netflix/Hulu as well so I will have plenty to watch this Spring while the weather is very rainy.
