tuesday things {07.25.23}

                                     

Happy Tuesday friends! How is the beginning of the week going? I'm heading into the office today for work and will be 

1. We got a new car last week! Justin has had his red car for 13 years now so it was about time he was able to upgrade to a new vehicle. After a few years of research and discussion we ended up ordering a 2023 Chevy Tahoe! It's absolutely so beautiful and I cannot wait to really put it to work with a long road trip.

2. Now that we have the new car, we desperately need to clean out our garage so we can park the new car in there.  We ended up getting another opener for the 3rd car garage so we just really need to move things around so both cars can go in there.  Plus, we really should purge some stuff out of there.

3. Have you seen The Barbie Movie or Oppenheimer yet? We haven't had a chance to go yet, but it is definitely on our agenda to see one or both this coming weekend.  I've heard great things about both and am so excited.

4. I'm trying to catch up on my temperature blanket and it's proving to be quite the task.  I scrambled to get a blanket finished for a friend and now my temperature blanket is about 3 weeks behind.  Thankfully I can do a few rows a day and will be able to catch up by the end of July.

5. We ended up having to get a new A/C unit last week because ours died. I'm so thankful we had an emergency fund so that replacing the unit didn't cause us to get behind and I'm also thankful we were able to get it replaced quickly and didn't go too long without A/C.
