tuesday things {10.10.23}

    

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope your week is off to a wonderful start and you are looking forward to some fun and festive things this week.  Today we're doing another round of Tuesday Things where I share 5 random things from the last week with you all.  

1. Today is my niece's birthday! It's crazy to me that she will officially be a pre-teen and is growing up so fast.  I'm equally sad that she's getting so big and excited to watch her become a young woman. She's such a sweet and loving girl so I'm sure she will be an amazing young adult.

2. We went apple picking on Sunday with our friends and it was so fun.  We've been going apple picking with friends for over ten years now and it is one of my favorite traditions we have with our friends.  It was a bit chilly this year, but we ended up having nice weather while we were out in the orchards.

3. My last 90 days challenge is off to a rough start.  I ended up staying up way too late several days last week and it totally threw me off and I fell off the track.  The good news is I'm only 10 days in and can easily pick back up where I started.  The goal is to just keep going, not be perfect.

5. I have been sewing like a fiend the last few weeks.  I am making Christmas gifts for a few family and friends and I'm excited with how they are turning out.  I also randomly bought some cute fabric and need to decide what I want to make with it.  I'm thinking a tote bag, but we will see.
