Tuesday Things {01.09.24}

    

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope you are enjoying a great start to your week and have many fun things to look forward to for the rest of the week.  Today I am doing another round of 5 Things Friday where I share 5 things from the past week.  If you want to see past Tuesday Things, click here. 

1. Our weekend was rather quiet and I'm so thankful for that.  We spent Saturday running errands and hanging out at home then on Sunday, I went to my cousin's son's baptism.  He is such a sweet baby and it was great to see some of the family. 

2. While we were running errands on Saturday, I noticed that we accidentally dressed in pink and green which to most people looks a lot like a watermelon, but all I could see was Cosmo and Wanda.  Honestly, it made me smile multiple times while we were out.  

3. We put together a meal plan for the week and I am so glad.  We got a little off kilter at the beginning of the year so starting yesterday we started cooking at home.  On the menu this week:

M: Creamy white lasagna soup

T: Sausage and veggie bake

W: One pot beef stroganoff

Th: Nacho Pie

F: Whatever Justin wants since it's his birthday

4. Do you have phases where you focus on one hobby for a while? Right now I am focusing mostly on watching TV shows and crafting, but I am anticipating that will change and I'll move into video games at some point this spring.

5. I have been putting together some fun Valentine's Day inspiration ideas for the blog because it would appear that we are prepping for holidays over a month in advanced now.  I'm thinking I'll share Valentine's decorations, Valentine's outfits and gift ideas for the loved ones in your life.
