tuesday things {08.05.25}

 

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope you are enjoying a great start to your week and have many fun things to look forward to for the rest of the week. Today I am doing another round of 5 Things Friday where I share 5 things from the past week. If you want to see past Tuesday Things, click here.

1. I am heading to see Beetlejuice tonight and I am so excited. I have seen it once before and really loved the show so I am sure it will be great this time around too. Plus, my friends are coming down to see it with us too which will be awesome. 

2. I checked out a new book store over the weekend and it was so much fun. There are a new stores popping up left and right in Michigan and it's been fun to get to check them all out. 

3. Speaking of book stores, when I was in Chicago the weekend before last I checked out a total of five book stores and it was so much fun. I love getting to check out a new place and it's even better when the store has cute photo opportunities. If I had it my way, I'd love to own a book store or café of some sort where people can just come and relax. 

4. I actually started working on a sweater for myself on the train to Chicago and I'm excited with how it is turning out. I went through the yarn I had on hand and decided to make a granny square cardigan with the Lion Brand Mandala Ombre yarn in the color happy. It's bright and so fun. 

5. I am trying very hard to do one post a day this month just for the fun of posting daily. So far I have 23 of 31 posts planned out, but honestly this time of year is a bit weird for posting. I'm hoping that by putting together a schedule I will hit my goal to do a full month of blog posts one month in 2025.
