Happy Tuesday everybody! I hope your week is off to a great start and you had a lovely weekend!
Today I wanted to share another round of Tuesday Things with you all. This week I am going to share five random things from the past week. It feels like I was just posting this yesterdays o it's a bit crazy to think a week has already gone by.
1. Michigan had some crazy weather over the weekend! We were originally supposed to go to Mackinac Island and ended up foregoing the trip because of rain. Turns out that was a good idea because Michigan had tornadoes and crazy rain. We ended up losing power for a little less than 24 hours and had some water in the basement, but overall it wasn't too bad.
2. I am on the hunt for a new manicure system that I can just do by myself. I keep seeing the ones where you stick the polish on and cure it with a little lamp. Anyone try those before? I'd love some recommendations.
3. Do any of you struggle to drink your daily water? I swear I am constantly not getting enough water and I end up feeling crummy because of it. This morning I filled up 3 bottles of water and put them on my desk so I have no choice but to drink water throughout the day.
4. It's hard to believe August is next week! I feel like this year has been flying by so quickly. I appreciate that we've been busy this year and are getting back to a somewhat normal social life. I just wish it wasn't all at once.
5. I am going to celebrate Harry Potter's birthday with my friend this weekend at a little local event. I am excited to check out what they do and potentially get a few Harry Potter themed items too.
