Tackle Sunday Scaries with these helpful items {02.25.24}

Hi friends and happy Sunday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to the week ahead.  We don't have too many things on the agenda this week and I am grateful for that.  If you're anything like me, you have a bit of dread as you start the week because, well, you have to go back to work tomorrow.  So I figured I would share some fun and helpful products that I've come across that can help reduce the dreaded Sunday Scaries.

First, let's start with some self-care.  Because what better way to start the week than some good, quality me time.

Add some calm to your morning shower with shower steamers

Use the streamers in the shower and let the pleasant aroma fill the entire shower and enjoy the relaxation of your senses. There are 6 scents in total: rose, lavender, peppermint, grapefruit, ocean and coconut.

Baths more your scene? Grab a lavender bath bomb to help you relax.

Enjoy a bath with these ultra moisturizing bath bombs in lavender with Essential Oils.  The moisturizing factor is designed to help heal damaged skin while also relaxing you with aromatherapy.

Prepare your eyes for the week ahead with under eye patches to help reduce inflammation and dark circle.

These golden eye masks have amino acids and collagen which reduces the effect of dark circles and puffy eyes while also reducing the look of fine wrinkles.

Next up, things to help you prepare for the week ahead.

Get a minimalist calendar to help keep your schedule in check

What better way to prepare for the week than to update your wall calendar? Especially when the wall calendar is so cute.

Once your schedule is set for the week, go ahead and get your menu built out for the week ahead with a meal planning notebook

Put all your meals and grocery list in one place with this adorable meal planning notebook.  And with 52 sheets you'll be covered for a full year.

Last but not least, make your to do list for the week ahead with this to do list.

If you're anything like me, you need to make to do lists to make sure that things get done for the week.  I track things like errands I need to run, birthdays I need to remember and other little tasks I need to complete throughout the week.  If you don't like paper and pen, another good option is to use a note on your phone or an app.  It depends on what works for you.

Last but not least, wind down early to make sure you have a good night's sleep.

To start your wind down for the night, journaling is a good idea.  Check out the 5 Minute Journal for a good way to journal without the pressure of writing a lot.

Spend five minutes a day journaling with this journal which gives you a daily prompt to write about.  Journaling is a good way to wind down before bed.

If journaling is not your thing, why not read a book before bed with a good book on a Kindle Paperwhite

Have books on hand and read to your hearts content.  Plus, the Kindle is perfect to read at night as it's not too bright and will not keep you up.

Once you're ready to go to sleep, grab a sleep mask and lay your head down to rest.

The sleep mask will keep all the light out as you go to sleep.  And at over 80k positive reviews, it seems to work very well.

Well that's all for today! May your Sunday not be scary and you feel prepared for the week ahead.

Have a wonderful day,
Jackie
