tuesday things {02.08.2022}

          

Hello and happy Tuesday friends! Today I am doing another round of Tuesday Things! For today's post I am going to just share a few random things from the past week: 

1. We are 90% done with doing the shelving in our living room and I am SO excited.  I wasn't able to fully visualize how everything would turn out, but now that we're putting finishing touches I am SO thrilled with how it is turning out.  It's going to turn out great when all is said and done and I can't wait to share it with you all.

2. I started using two new apps: Morning! and I am.  Both of these apps are awesome.  The Morning! app encourages you to set goals for the day and practice gratitude for your day.  The I am app is an app that sends me affirmations throughout the day and I have been really loving some of the affirmations it has sent me.  They are both free for the basic program so go ahead and check them out! 

3. Work has been annoying me the last few weeks.  I'm not sure if it's the actual work or if I am just wanting to be doing other things outside of work making work feel like an inconvenience.  Either way, I need an attitude adjustment and need to focus on the tasks I have at work.

4. I'm kind of excited to watch the Marry Me movie that comes out next week with Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson - have you seen the advertisements for it yet? It seems like a traditional Valentine's lovey movie, but either way I'm excited to watch it.

5. I think I'm allergic to eye makeup... I am going to try and see about getting a patch test done with the dermatologist to test different things I might to which I may be allergic.  I'm not too devastated by the makeup because I don't wear it very often, but I do like to get dressed up every now and then and it will be more difficult if I can't wear eyeliner/mascara.
