tuesday things {06.06.23}

                                

Hello and happy Tuesday friends! Hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to the rest of your week.  We're having a little bit of a quieter week this week so I'm looking forward to just relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. 

For today's blog post, I am doing another round of Tuesday Things where I share some random things we've been doing over the past few weeks.  

1. I'm so excited because we ordered a new car! Justin has had his car for 13 years so so it's about time we got a new car.  We've been talking about getting an SUV for a while now and landed on a Tahoe.  We ordered a brand new one a few weeks ago so now we just wait for the new one to arrive. 

2. Our oldest kitty turned 11 last month.  It kind of blows my mind that Frye is already 11 and we've basically had him his entire life (with the exception of his first few months alive).  He's such a good boy and I really am so glad we got him. 

3. We've been listening to this book called As Old as Time and it's so good so far.  It's essentially Beauty and the Beast; however, in this story the beast was cursed by Belle's mom.  Definitely interesting take on the classic story.  If you want a good book to read/listen to I'd highly recommend this book. 

4. We finished Ted Lasso over the weekend and I am so sad that the show has come to an end.  I knew they had always intended for the show to be three seasons long, but man does it stink when a show you love comes to an end.  I'm hoping they do some sort of spin off because the show was just SO good.

5. Have you checked out my Amazon (and other) deals group yet? I created it almost 2 years ago now and I'm so close to getting to 200 members and would love to hit that goal.  PLUS, I'm doing a giveaway in the group once I hit 200 members so why not check it out?
