Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and your week is off to a good start. For me Tuesdays are usually my least favorite day of the week. I know everyone dreads Monday's, but Tuesday's just always feel so much worse to me. Ya know?
Today I wanted to share another round of Tuesday Things with you all. Today is not going to be a themed one like my last Tuesday Things; rather, it will just be some fun things that have been going on in our lives the last few weeks.
1. What did ya'll think about the billie post I did last week? I hope you found it informative and interesting. Billie had been following me around Instagram for quite some time so it naturally made sense that I went ahead and gave them a try. 2. I finally got around to putting a nose ring in my nose piercing. About two years ago, my best friend and I got our noses pierced and I knew that someday I would be putting a hoop in, but due to work and other roadblocks, I never got around to putting in a ring versus a stud. Well not anymore! I found some super cute studs on Amazon and ended up going with a silver hoop. I also ordered it in rose gold and have been searching for some other fun colors to wear. Do you have your nose pierced? If so what kinds of rings do you wear? I'm always looking for fun suggestions.
3. Last week I had my 31st birthday and overall it ended up being so much better than I could have imagined. My friends and family did a birthday parade for me on Mother's Day (yes I cried like a baby) and on my actual birthday we celebrated with my favorite take out and a good movie. For my birthday, Justin surprise me with a Roomba and let me tell you I am so excited! I have been wanting a Roomba for a long time so I was so shocked and excited when I saw that he got me one. Last Thursday, I had the exciting time of having it clean my floors and it was SO cool. I feel like such a nerd, but it made me super happy.
4. On Saturday, I picked up a hair dye kit from the hair salon I get my hair done. It was pretty cool because they offered take and go kits where you could get all you need to touch up your roots right from them. So of course I wanted to give it a try because my roots were baaaaddddd. I am excited to say that I look a little less gray these days after doing the root touch up, but it will never be as good as what my hair stylist does for me.
5. It looks like Michigan is going to have some beautiful weather over the Memorial Day weekend! I am hoping that we can get outside and really enjoy some sunshine this weekend (and maybe get around working on our flower beds while we're at it).
